Jo Archer:

Executive Director – Administrator

Jo Archer has over 10 years of experience and knowledge in human resource management, process improvement, information technology, government contracting, non-profit, and program management. She plans, directs, and implements policies for all areas of the human resources function, including

budgeting, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. She advises and assists the officers and staff with strategic HR management, IT, data governance, quality assurance and control, and operations with additional duties as assigned.

Jo served in the United States Marine Corps during the Global War on Terrorism. Her military experience includes production control, logistics, and Helicopter Power Plants. After her separation from the military, Jo gained corporate consulting experience in human resources, IT, and government contracting while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with honors from the University of the Incarnate Word. Jo also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management designed to equip human resource professionals to become strategic leaders in HR with creative problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, strategic management skills, empathy, and ethics from Southern New Hampshire University.
